STREAM Technologies has a new space at EDP University, Hato Rey Campus, where it will be offering its video game courses with virtual reality to children, young people and adults between the ages of 6-21 years.
Currently, it is the only globally accredited technology education center that offers these types of courses to typical, gifted and special education students.
The main motivation for STREAM comes from the lack of inclusion and opportunities for special education students in the public and private education system on the Island. Its goal is to unite the disciplines of science, technology, robotics, engineering, arts and mathematics (STREAM ) within these courses and, in turn, promote the development of its students as future professionals to prepare them for constant socioeconomic and cultural changes, both locally and globally.
This alliance with EDP University marks another step forward for STREAM Tech during its third year of growth and, in addition, offers new facilities so that students continue to benefit from the best technology courses with inclusive education in Puerto Rico.
